I was waking up and throwing on the same old clothes to take snoop for our daily walk, and then sitting in those clothes all day at my desk. I felt in a bit of a funk. This morning, I got up, showered, put on some bright clothes and did my makeup before going out into the glorious sunshine. I even saw other people smiling at my outside from a social distance. I guess @keithlemon is right, bright colours make you happier. 😄🧡 I've also put together a load of Spotify playlists for you guys, as music always dictates my mood. Swipe to have a look, but there's a happy mood boosting one - essential for first thing in the morning and after watching the news. There's a chilled one for Working from Home, and two running playlists - one more house vibes, and the other a combination of Rap, Hip Hop, and pop classics. I'll put the link to my account in my bio if you need a daily dose of happiness. 🙌🎶 Current routine: 7:45am: wake up and cuddle the pets and drink coffee in bed 8:30am: shower, get ready and then morning walk with Snoop (I use this time to call friends too) 9:30am: breakfast and then work 12:30/1: lunch 2pm: either back to work / studying / or task around the house  5pm: the news (strictly the only news I watch) 6pm: happy music and cook  7pm: dinner, wine, and TV on for Netflix etc (currently watching Tiger King...
