Monday Fun Day 🥳 Try one of my fav drills to add into my workouts - Single leg deadlift to knee drive with press into a lateral lunge with forward reach 🤯 A great challenge for stability, strength and concentration. Will roast your glutes, inner thighs, core and stabilizer muscles. You’re welcome! I like to use a 12lb slam ball but you can also use a DB or a weight plate. Try 8-10 reps on each side as part of your next circuit ⚡️⚡️⚡️
