Been running more recently and I always love to sandwich my runs with some training either side to make sure I’m activated (and that I don’t run away from doing my run) 😂 Here’s some strength & stability drills I like to sprinkle in around my running.
1. Single Arm Stability Press x 10 each arm
2. Single Leg Glute Bridge to Hamstring Curl x 10 each leg
3. Cobra Plank on Stability Ball x 10
Recover and repeat x3
