NEW YEAR WHO DIS CHALLENGE

WEEK 4, DAY 5: SKIPPING HIIT

This is our final workout for the New Year Who Dis Challenge and it’s an absolute BANGER (if I do say so myself 😜). Get ready to get sweatyyy. This is a HIIT Cardio workout with an Ab Finisher 🔥If skipping isn’t your thang then feel free to do air skips or mix it up between high knees, mountain climbers etc as long as you’re doing a high intensity exercise followed by a period of rest, you’re doing it right!

I’m using a 5kg medicine ball for this Ab Finisher but if you don’t have access to this equipment then feel free to substitute the medicine ball for a dumbbell or even a water bottle, get creative!

- 30 sec Single Leg Hopes (each side)
- 30 sec Boxer Skip
