I'm a mum and any mums on here know that is definitely not true hahaha. ⁣ ⁣ After having Arna, the meaning of "downtime" has obviously changed for me. The other day I got a huge towel and sat on the grass outside with Arna after bathtime so she could crawl around before bedtime, which was a nice way for us both to spend some time relaxing together. I'd now consider that "downtime". ⁣ ⁣ Also, when Arna went to bed, I went to the gym, which is the time in the day just for ME. After the gym, I usually come home, have a shower and a cup of herbal tea, talk with Tobi for an hour or so - and all these parts of the evening are SO important.
