Every BBG girl knows that #BBG is easy to do, but it’s not easy on YOU!
The way the workouts are designed with 7 minute circuits, means that you can go at your own pace. You don't HAVE to get to a certain amount of laps per circuit, it's completely up to you how many you get done in 7 minutes. One week, you might only get through 1 lap, but then in a few weeks you might be doing more as you start getting stronger! The aim is to keep going through the 4 exercises over and over again until the 7 minutes are up!
For me, my average is 2-3 laps per circuit, but it's going to be different for everyone. You just have to push YOURSELF, don't compare yourself to anyone else.
