Where are you in the world right now and what season is it?
My #BBG program can be done at home, indoors, outdoors, or in the gym wherever you are in the world. My workouts are 28 minutes long and every week there are optional workouts, challenges and recovery sessions available.

✅Recovery band
✅Resistance band
✅Yoga mat (or towel)
#BBG CHALLENGE ME:
✅All above equipment from 'Starting Out'
✅Skipping Rope (you can air skip)
✅Step (stable coffee table)
