Now, I not only love Sundays, but even look forward to Monday (it's my favourite day of the week!). So I thought I'd share my Sunday routine with you, just in case it helps. 🙏 I try and do some form of exercise on a Sunday, even if it's just a dog walk, and then go for a roast or a catch up with a friend. Then I like to be at home early, by 6 latest so I have the evening to chill and unwind.  Probably the most important thing I do is a write a to do list for the week. It's usually a list of work things, but also all the odd jobs and tasks I have to do too. People always talk about New Year's Resolutions, but I actually like to write weekly goals. I've been procrastinating on a piece of writing I'm doing, so this week's goal is to procrastinate less. I find weekly goals and improvements are more manageable and achievable. Sometimes seeing my to do list for the week means me complete a few of the easy things that night, but I find it's nice to wake up on a Monday and be able to focus and tick things off. 📝 I always have a bath so I can exfoliate and put Olaplex in my hair (which I sleep in). That way, it means I wake up with good hair and smooth skin! I usually always attempt to read in the bath, although I'm the type of person who spends two minutes in a bath and then gets hot and bothered. My friend @jasminebarcelona recommended my current book called How to Fail by @elizabday, which is amazing. 🛀 Next, I book a morning exercise class - I find setting my alarm and getting up and out of bed is a good way to start the week and stops me lying on bed feeling overwhelmed (self-employed life). 🥊🧘🏼‍♀️ Then I go to bed early and turn my phone off (I'm writing this from bed). I either read or watch a film. I just like to unwind and switch off, rather than get stuck in an internet hole where you end up stalking your best friend's ex's girlfriend's puppy. 🎬📚 Any other good tips that help you beat the blues?
