It's so bizarre to me, as I think it's so extreme and will set us up for failure and disappointment. I saw @AlexLight_ldn post something yesterday that really rang true. She said: 'You know when you look back at an old picture of yourself and think, "wow, why did I hate my body then?" That's your proof that it has NEVER been about how your body looks.' Wow! That rang so true to me! Who else can relate? ❤ I feel like I've found a good balance with exercise and my mental health, and I think the secret really lies in learning to move your body because you enjoy it, rather than because you see it as some form of punishment. I find I enjoy punching the bags at kobox, or doing yoga at my local studio, and running with my headphones on and my music loud. I also realised recently that I buy chocolate and sweets and they last for months in my cupboard, rather than being demolished in one sitting like they used to. And I think it's because I don't restrict myself from food anymore, I don't have cheat days, and I just enjoy the things I love in moderation. 🙏 Anyway, the best thing about the collection, is that it's priced between £18-40 so is affordable too. This maroon set is my favourite (swipe for the jumper too, how nice is the back?) but I also wore the blue set whilst in Finland which I LOVE, so I'll show that one off too on my stories.🥊❤ #BouxSport #MyBoux」1月14日 22時00分
