1️⃣. Flat bench (3 seconds on the negative)
3 sets - 12, 10 8 (7) reps.
2️⃣. Flat dumbbell press.
5 x 5. I only got 4 reps on set 5 when I took the 134lb DBs for a ride.
3️⃣. Cable (rope) Crossovers.
3 sets x 8-10 reps and then drop set to the lower position.
4️⃣. Superset.
-Incline fly
-incline close grip DB press
3 sets of 8-10 reps
