I used to hate squats oh so much, mainly because I was injured when ego-lifting 3 years ago, and my hip is still salty towards me 🧂 but over the years I’ve taken a step back and allowed myself to really master the mindfulness behind compound lifting 💭 ⠀
I’ll chant with my other squat advocates. The movement indeed wears a crown in my training programs. not only for strength and hypertrophy, but for coordination, flexibility, speed, endurance, mobility, and making you feel like a bad butt 🍑 ⠀
