He is in Singapore for the @techlawfest conference, delivering the keynote address tomorrow. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The World Wide Web is 30 years old this year. It has morphed greatly and become embedded in our lives. Ironically, while we have become more connected than ever, the world has become more polarised. The WWW has been a tremendous boon to mankind, but it has also given rise to cyberbullying, fake news, online scams and malicious behaviour.
