I've been enjoying yoga, but I've found it so hard not to be able to be more active and I've missed these classes so much as sure they're great physically, but there's nothing better for your mind than being lost in music punching a bag! I actually felt quite nervous to get back into it after so much time off as I didn't know how my level of fitness would be, so I'm very grateful to @knowles_comms for booking in with me at such an ungodly hour. It's always less intimidating to have a friend there, even if that friend is a machine!
