We talked more about IVF, as well as the media's treatment of Meghan Markle (I wish they would stop bullying her and leave her alone), as well many other things. 🥰
I always love doing this show as I get to discuss a wide range of topics, listen and learn from other people's perspectives, and most importantly stand up for topics and people I feel strongly about. Thanks to everyone who tuned in and left lovely messages. 💘

tommy.voss_rdv I do agree with you about smoker's etc paying for healthcare. They know the risks. Healthcare has evolved over the year's. When it was galvanised it was to get people better. That was it. Now it's branched to mental health, transgender issues and IVF. I work for the NHS and it's to say it's underfunded is an understatement. It can't sustain IVF treatment for healthy women. If a couple or an individual is unable to have children due to bad health then I'm all for it. At the end of the day women (if they are healthy) can have a child at any point they choose. Also what's wrong with adoption? If this came to fruition then more abandoned and abused children will miss out on loving homes. By all means if they can fund IVF then fair enough

dandiscojones Solid argument @ashleylouisejames also if you are making the choice to have a child you are likely doing it with best intentions and will make a great parent. Investment in the IVF also means future tax payer in 18 years so NHS will get a return 👊

dailewis27 Good point but the amount of tax you pay on a packet of tobacco or packet of fags is shocking! Shouldn't the money the government make from tobacco products go straight to the nhs for lung cancer treatment treatment etc!

mrdaveburt Hate to play devils advocate here but smokers pay 82% tax on a packet of 20 cigarettes. So I'm pretty sure they've contributed to thier healthcare after a lifetime of smoking if they were to get ill.
