You don’t need to be on a bed you can do it in the living room. Find a good 30 min playlist crank it up high and let your kids loose. They’ll follow your energy so have fun and move around.

Giovanni had a blast afterward he had a snack and now he’s napping. It wore him out lol and we had a great time! I was sweating too I told him twice mommy needs to breathe wait lol Getting fit and healthy can be fun if you think outside the box. 💪🏽
