👏🏽Hit my goal weight of 135 this morning, now I have to decide if I want to compete again or if I just want to train and put on more muscle now. 🤷🏽♀️ starting a prep at 135 in my opinion would be great for me. Last time I competed I started at 155 🤦🏽♀️
