@take_noo_shorts I wouldn’t be too worried about it unless you experience an issue personally. I got the glam bag for my girlfriend after many of her friends recommended it to her and have since upgraded her to the glam bag plus (not much more money and the full size products are definitely worth it, not to mention after a few months she didn’t need any more makeup bags and with the plus you only get products; no bag). She absolutely LOVES every single one she’s received and, especially since upgrading to Plus, they’ve totally nailed her style based on her reviews of the products received thus far. So I can’t speak for anybody that has had issues as I am sure they have valid complaints but just wanted to be fair and let you know there are people like us that have had nothing but great experiences with Ipsy. I’d give it a shot if you’re on the fence.

WARNING! This company will NOT send what you order or return your money! I NEVER recieved my July glam bag, so they told me they would send a replacement. It's been weeks & I haven't recieved that either! THEN they had the nerve to charge my card for August & tell me I wouldn't recieve anything in August, that I would have to wait untill September. They have no Customer Service number for me to call & haven't replied to any of my emails. Now I have to call my Bank & the Better Bussiness Bureau to get my damn money back. I am NOT the only person complaining about this. Ipsy used to be a good company but now they have completely fallen off! Terrible management! They probably have a new owner or CEO that is ruining the company. Don't expect them to stay in bussiness for very long when they are STEALING from their customers!

"a special accomodation order is on its way" kind of makes it sound like you're going to rectify the error and include an extra product or something for me having to wait. It was not special at all, it was literally what I ordered and waited for over a month for, you should consider re wording that email because it isn't a special order, its what I already paid for and you couldn't have even been bothered to slip the Ipsy July glam card in my bag. Not even a thank you for your patience card. Plus my what's the tea compact got damaged?! Why would I even bother with this pathetic excuse of a company anymore?! Next month I'm going to @boxycharm at least I'll get full size products and half the companies they are giving away are the same as yours. You're falling behind and thank you for the biggest waste of time ever.

Thank you! @take_noo_shorts This is my point. There’s no question that these products are divine, but I’m 55 years old. They continue to send me colors Someone my age shouldn’t wear and all this shimmer! I have a drawer full of their lipsticks that are too dark. Again, they’re aging. Also, I’d rather have a product (I can use) than a new makeup bag every month. How many of does a person need? Lol!! I love the idea of a subscription service and I LOVE to try new products. I’m adventurous or I wouldn’t have signed up! But for $35.00 a month I can go to the store and buy something I know is right for me and I’m not going to toss or give away.

Super disappointed in Ipsy’s customer service and loosing faith in them after years of loyalty. My July glam bag plus was lost in shipping, understand that’s out of Ipsy’s control but instead of sending me replacement DUPLICATE products like I asked I was refunded and then they sent a lipgloss when I begged for them to send me MY ORIGINAL products and would pay for them!!!!. I know they have them in stock, because there’s extras for sale. Extremely disappointed and now I’m seeing this is happening quite frequently to customers, it’s a shame. Ipsy used to be so great.
