liinluna I received an email from Ipsy sayin I will get free Huda palette if I sign up. I love Huda makeup so I signed up just to get it. Confirmation email even said I will received the item together with my next glam bag plus I signed up the 07/12/19 and they tell me that I will recibe August box and a gift. Because they don't have more of the July's box.Then the 07/26/19 they charge me and send me the July's box! With no gift. When the July's box arrive with no gift I canceled and send a email asking for my gift. I canceled because they lie! And now they tell me that the gift was a agust thing that the gift is going to be send in my next box that I assume is August but you send me July's box because you have some extra spots available. So I think you send misleading emails and trie to get rid of boxes you have not sold. I want the gift that you promised to send me.

amanda._.neff This whole company is a scam and a fraud. I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my subscription but I somehow keep getting charged a lot of money, that I actually work for, and being a teenager, the money I make is worth a lot to me so when an unauthorized payment shows up in my statements, I get very angry. I’ve tried to ask multiple questions on their email, so don’t even try to say “We’d love to help you! Email us via our help site:...” Bullcrap. I have to get a whole new debit card because of this company. If you are ever considering subscribing, don’t. This company is a big, scam and fraud. Thanks Ipsy for ruining a happy teenager’s day

maceve1985 I was billed and paid for my glam bag on July 1st I have yet to get an Ipsy match and have my bag put together. And now it is saying I will not receive the August bag even though I paid for it and that I won't be receiving a bag until September. I want my August glam bag! I paid for it! I am extremely unhappy and this is not the first time this has happened either! I will be canceling my membership if this isn't fixed immediately! 😠😠😠😠😠😠

vanessa.chism I skipped this month for Glam Bag Plus and was still charged for it! It has taken the rest of my money that was meant for gas for the next two weeks. Please get this fixed!!! It says my billing info was updated but it never was, it was updated before the first of this month yet it kept sending me emails about it.i need this money put back into my account! beth_riveiro Washing your face is SO super important, but also having all natural face wash is even better! I was using just regular face wash and my face was constantly breaking out. Once I switched to all natural face wash and moisturizer my face glowed🙌🏼 also drinking water like they said is also a huge game changer 💖💖
