Mine says the same thing I just sent them a screenshot shot of the message saying I won't get it and the section of my account where it says I was SUCCESSFULLY BILLED FOR AUGUST! and the money was taken out of my bank account...

jasmine.u26 I’ve always been a matte chick but I’m really loving the dewy look nowadays! I hope my glam bag plus gives me something dewy to try! Lol I love Ipsy! Oh and it’s my birthday too! Happy Leo season!!

c.h.a.r.m.d Both! Matte in my T zone & center areas where I'd highlight with concealer - and dewy on my cheekbones and areas that light naturally hits & reflects. I use 2 different primers & foundations.

ellielantz I like a combination of both. Dewy complexion with mostly matte eyes...with maybe some shimmer on the lids. That’s my go to look. I don’t walk around like an Instagram model all the time.

crown_the_koda Why was my card charged the $25 for the glam bag plus yet it says I won't be getting this month's because I was "late" on payment even though it came out on the second like usual?
