missmallory87 Ipsy is commiting fraud. They will take your money well after (a year or more in my case) your account was deactivated. You do not need to go to their wedsite, or enter in card info, but they will take your money all the same. They will not warn you, send an email, confirm anything. Seemingly at random they will take money from you with zero communication from either parties. Hell your old account doesn't even need accurate info for this to happen, they will charge you and utterly refuse to give it back once discovered. They will outright ignore you when contacting customer service. Think twice before giving them access to your information and money. And no, my card info wasn't stolen, ipsy was the only unauthorized purchase.

jada_downey I don’t know how many times i’ve emailed you guys but i keep getting charged even though i canceled the glam bags! you are charging me for something i don’t even get and i’m fed up like what can i do you guys have been taking my money for MONTHS. And don’t ask me to send to your support page because i don’t get a real person to talk to i get sent a bot page that dosent resolve any issue if i could please get an actual person to talk to i would love it!

mmassey1922 I also still haven’t received my July Glam Bag or the Tetris makeup kit I ordered two months ago. I have emailed the help desk and gotten no response. This seems to be a continuing pattern! I had three friends at the breast cancer hospital I am a patient sign up but if this is how they are going to be treated as well then I will have them cancel. The kits were made to lift their spirits not disappointment. Someone please respond!

kylie_burgundy Hi! Almost 2 year user here! I have been loving the Glam Bag Plus, but I was wondering, when they first launched I saw something that said there would be a bigger bag every 3 or so months. Is this still a thing? If not, I think it would be wonderful! I am a huge collector and that’s one thing I don’t love about the Plus is no bag. Thanks for reading this 😂

75hsirt Please swap out the eyeshadow palettes you send me for a different product. My profile clearly shows that I do not use. I canceled Boxy Charm because of all the useless palettes I was receiving. I hope this trend isn’t continuing with Ipsy. I may have to cancel and subscribe to another...
