amelelabed I was never as disappointed with Ipsy as this month. I was really excited when I saw the spoilers during july. But then I was so shocked that I did not get neither the It cosmetics nor the murad ( that wasnt even on the add ons) and the It foudation my shade was already sold out. You guys are sending me 3 sets of Blushes this month( Nyx, Balm palette and Pixie) this is in addition to the Huda last month. This is too much of 1 category and I was so mad when I saw! I thought it was going to make my day but it has really killed my mood ! This month is a complete flop for me !

queenscheba So I was excited for the IT foundation then realized there wasn’t any color being offered for BLACK people!!! Not only that but I am being sent this foundation in “Light” Clearly I am nowhere near light! I’m just wondering how does a company that’s Inclusive not provide for the customers that’s not white! I feel left out and excluded! And it sends a message that BLACK folks are not important! And please do not give a generic answer about the “best match possible” you did not have any foundations in darker shades!

mumumar Hey @ipsy ! In June I didn't get one of the products in my GB and the @ipsycare said me that they will send me in August (cos I skipped July) a replacement. This replacement is one of my 5 products of this month so I won't get really a replacement. My number case is 6446200. I already emailed but no answer so far. Could you help me to get another product before all the products are gone?

mrs.d.bradley @ipsy I was really looking forward to trying this product. Unfortunately It is not available in my shade. If it wasn’t in my bag I would have added it. It’s really disappointing that not only will it be in the bag, but also available to add with only 4 of the lightest shades. Not to mention that I believe this will be the first full size complexion product. I feel left out.

helloworldjustme Was at work when the email came out to get add ons... It Cosmetics was sold out when I was able to look. Great brand/product!!! This will be another month that I don't care for what I am being sent. Yes, I have updated my profile (more than once) and I do the reviews. Ipsy might just not be for me.

audioangel This is only my 2nd month and im disappointed, im getting all the stuff that i have "rarely' on my profile. In addition i got mascara last month and im getting another this month. I might be unsubbing . I really wanted the murad and the foundation both categories i have as 'often'.
