@missmallory87 oh dear, I signed up try before you buy $10 glam bag and I get my bank statements and have been charged twice for the month of July and August for the $25 Glam Bag PLUS..which I didn't sign up for. I have also yet to receive any package at all but they are taking money out of my account. I've had no emails, confirmation order numbers..I cancelled my subscription but am worried they will keep taking money out. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do to prevent @ipsy from taking money out of my account without my consent and authorization? I'm really hoping this gets fixed because I saw on the website where you do not get refunds and they don't really answer questions about not getting a package and over billing, plus no phone number so no direct, advisable communication is available .:.seems like a scam to me! And I have three girls to take care of ok @ipsy that give or take $43 dollars you've overcharged me could have bought school supplies, backpacks, etc. so thanks for screwing the little man 😘

Ipsy is commiting fraud. They will take your money well after ( a year or more in my case) your account was deactivated. You do not need to go to their website, or enter card infomation, but they will take your money all the same. They will not warn you, send an email or confirm anything. Seemingly at random they will take money from you with no communication on from either parties. Hell your old account doesnt even need accurate info for this to happen. They will "charge" you and utterly refuse to give it back once discovered. They wont even bother returing your emails or attempts to contact them after the intiali canned response. Think twice before giving them access to your information and money. And, no, my card wasnt compromised, @ipsy was the only unauthorized purchase.

@ipsy I cancelled my subscription for this month my apartment burned down I do not have a house for it to ship to I also took my card off the account and and I seen it kept being charged to my card but it wouldn't go through and then last night at 1 in the morning I get a charge from ipsy for 10.80 which ipsy had no authorization to do that I want my account cancelled and I want the money put back on my card.

@hollyharvey_86mua im so sorry they did this to you too. I havent had an active account in a very long time and they still did it, so cancelling doesnt seem to stop @ipsy from taking your money. I had to report them as fraud to my bank to refuse further payments. Talk to your bank, they should give the money back too as its fraudulent.
