missmallory87 Ipsy is commiting fraud and IGNORING anyone who is a victim. They will take your money well after ( a year or more in my case) your account was deactivated. You do not need to go to their website, or enter card infomation, but they will take your money all the same. They will not warn you, send an email or confirm anything. Seemingly at random they will take money from you with no communication on from either parties. Hell your old account doesnt even need accurate info for this to happen. They will "charge" you and utterly refuse to give it back once discovered. They wont even bother returing your emails or attempts to contact them after the intial canned response. Think twice before giving them access to your information and money. And, no, my card wasnt compromised, @ipsy was the only unauthorized purchase. ipsy Case #6684669

arsinoe_1886 WARNING! This company is a NIGHTMARE to deal with! I never recieved my July glam bag. They said they would send a replacement & I never recieved that either! Then they had the nerve to charge my card for August & then tell me I wasn't getting a bag in August, I have to wait till September! They have NO customer service number for me to call. So now I have to call my bank & the Better Bussiness Bureau to get my damn money back! These people do not give refunds, they lie right to your face & tell you they'll send something else & they never do! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

mouseywubsmexycocco @ipsy i was charged for the August glam bag but i dont recieve it anymore but i decided to keep the plus and was charged for that as well. I tried to contact ipsysupport and said they could no longer receive problems from my email. I need to get this fixed!

cissy1963 I have been receiving ipsy for awhile now. This past week my card couldnt be billed so it wasn't taken out of my account until the 9th. Now it says I wont receive my bag this month. If I'm charged for it why wont I receive it?

deeluvsluka I hope my box arrives and I dont go through another June box fail. It's coming from the same depot that never moves my box. Uggg. I got my box has shipped 4 days ago. And it's still hasn't moved. Seems familiar @ipsy
