Please give this video some love and save for later! I know, I know… cardio is hardio but in my opinion skipping is one of the most enjoyable AND effective forms of cardio. Not only does it assist in balance, coordination and agility skipping/jump rope is a great calorie-burner and assists with toning muscle in both your upper & lower body.

Added bonus, when you’re concentrating so hard on not whipping yourself with the rope you almost forget that you’re doing cardio… almost.

But seriously, this is a banger workout, give it a try!

Who knew such an inexpensive form of exercise could be so beneficial (spoiler: I knew 😎) This little workout is perfect to break up a long day of study or work to get your body moving and clear your head.
