Upper body workout ft mr. sun 🌞💪🏼💜 | @womensbest 💞


🅰️Mobility: 15 minutes of warming up my body by 1. Chasing atlas around the yard because he took my car keys and 2. Activating my shoulders, back, triceps, and core by dynamic stretches (Filmed some of my faves using a light resistance band)

🅱️: Workout

1️⃣Push ups: I did a total of 40 - separated in as many sets as you need to get there. You can do kneeling push ups if this version is too difficult! ⠀
2️⃣DB Plank Row: 3x10 (per side)

3️⃣Seated Alternating DB Press: make sure to sit upright while keeping your core tightttttt (super important to maintain healthy alignment!!) 3x10 per side

4️⃣Bent Over DB Row into Front Raises: perform 3 reps of each exercise, repeating for 4 rounds to complete 1 set. Perform 3 sets. ⠀
5️⃣DB Rear Delt Fly into Rows: Perform 10 reps of each exercise for 3 sets.

6️⃣Plate Lateral Raises: Finished with some light weights to pump up my side delts. I did as many reps as I could for 2 sets.
