Here’s a F-U-N banded glute circuit that requires very little space and 1 band! (I used a medium-level resistance)💪🏼

1️⃣Single straight leg deadlift variation - 15 reps
2️⃣Hip hinged banded abduction - 15 reps
3️⃣Banded glute bridge - 15 reps
4️⃣Unfilmed: quadruped glute kick back - 10 reps per side

Rest for 2 minutes after the circuit, repeat for 3-4 rounds!💜
