Cable only shoulder workout! This was a lot harder than I thought it could be and will come in handy next time I’m in a hotel gym!

Warm up
Single arm cable front raise 3x12
(Keep arm straight).
Superset-
Rope face pulls 3x12.

1a. Cable push press- 12, 10, 8 drop set on the last one complete on a lighter weight till failure!
1b. Lying cable upright row. 12, 10, 8. And a drop set on after the set of eight!

2a. Seated cable press variation.
Keep arms wide at the bottom. 3x12
2b. Standing cable side lateral raise. 3x12.

3a. Standing cable front raise
3x12
3b. Rear delt flies. 3x12
