Shoulder training should be some of the most versatile training of the entire upper body. Because of the anatomy of the shoulder it can, and should be worked from a variety of angles. Pushing and pulling are all part of a complete shoulder workout. Save this one after you like it!

1. Seated DB military press- 10, 8, 6, 4.

2a. Half kneeling single arm Arnold press- 10, 8, 6.
Superset with
2b. Bent over t-raise-
12,12,12.

3a. Seated machine lateral raise-10,8,6.
Superset with-
3b. Cable upright row- 12,12,12

4a. DB font raise- 12,10,8
Superset.
4b. Seated reverse machine fly-3x30. Perform 10 reps then drop the weight, perform another 10 reps, drop weight once more and finish the set with 10 reps.
