As a general rule of thumb you should train the body parts you can’t see twice as often as the ones you can. It’s only human to want to work on the muscle groups we see every day. But training the posterior chain along with the rear delts and back should be a priority no matter if your goal is physique based or function-based

Agreed! Too often I see guys - and girls try to target body parts that will show well. I think a well-rounded balanced approach is best for overall functionality and overall health. Great job btw!
