When I worked as an officer I was often underestimated in my abilities to do the same job as the men in my team. I mean what could a “girl” do, right? Putting me into that stereo type of a “woman”, made me furious from time to time. Often I had to work twice as hard to prove that I could be strong and maybe even more qualified to do the job than the men that were mocking me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But I never let that stop me. I became immune to prejudice because I knew my worth. So don’t let anyone stop you in what you want to be, don’t let anyone tell you, you can’t. Because girl, you are so much stronger than you think. Dare to go beyond the limits the world puts on us!💪🏽 This also goes for the men that are reading this.
