Sweat come through!?? In between classes I take a @womensbest weight gainer to keep my muscles fueled and healthy.??⬇️

I’m burning an immense amount of calories while dancing the whole day. You can see it as a form of cardio and endurance training. So what I’ll do the next couple of weeks is eat more than normal to maintain my muscle mass. I don’t want to loose weight during these 5 months??

The weight gainer is basically a protein shake with added crushed oatmeal to it. So protein and carbs in one. You can say I could eat a normal meal, but in between dance classes I need something that absorbs very fast, instead of a giant meal and then dancing? trust me your body will not like you?
