I didn’t make a protein to be another trainer putting out another product. @madeof_____ is a call to action to care more (or start caring) about what is IN the products that go IN your body. I see, watch and hear people trash their bodies all the time. We are not here to pigeon hole ourselves into fads, trends, unsustainable ways of living. You’re not a prototype, a robot, a thing. You’re a miracle! So be you, understand YOU! No eating style, metric or label can fully capture the miracle that is you. In 2019 if you do anything please focus on longevity - focus on things that aren’t transactional or temporary.
