Now some people think men can’t multi task. I’m here to prove them wrong. I am training abs while working on my tan! Today’s ab session on requires a bar and a slant board.... as well as you liking this post ?
Preform each movement till failure and then move on to the next. Only rest once you’ve completed one set of each. Take 90 seconds break and then repeat the circuit two more time. ?Hit the save button for late
1️⃣-incline knee ups. Make sure you do these slow and controlled. Roll one vertebrae at a time until your knees are at your chest. Lower your knees almost until your back is flat and repeat.
2️⃣-hanging crunch. This is more of an advanced movement. Make sure you tuck your legs securely.
3️⃣-Toes to sky. Don’t let your lower back touch the back rest. Keep tension on the abs at all times.
4️⃣-leg raises. If you don’t have parallel bars preform them lying on your back. Lift your legs 12 inches of ground and then slowly lower.
5️⃣-Around the worlds. Minimize swinging
