TRX Headstand ⚠️ Tag a badass who would take this challenge ?? In all seriousness, great things never come from comfort zones and as a lanky human being (6 foot 2!) I find any gymnastic based training super tough; which is exactly why I like to challenge myself to do it ? This week I cracked the TRX headstand, a more advanced and technical move which requires core strength, stability and more than anything - faith in your body and its abilities! ?? I promise it’s not as scary as it looks! The hardest part is overcoming the fear. Once you've perfected the core position, load the weight into your elbows it's then mostly about committing to it and keeping the straps tight by using a wide leg position. As you can see I’m not perfect and I failed on the last rep! ? If you do attempt this move I recommend working up to a headstand without the TRX, practicing forward rolling out of a headstand and then being supervised by a fitness professional or friend when using the equipment! ??
