Is “new year new me” really a load of bullsh*t? 💩 Not in my opinion 🙏🏼 I feel like in 2019 for the first time ever there has been shaming for wanting to make positive changes. It feels like you can’t share your goals or resolutions for being criticised for not loving yourself as you are. Especially anything to do with food or fitness 🤷🏼♀️ The way I see it, it’s pretty natural to view a new year as an opportunity for a fresh start, a chance to replenish your motivation and a time to go head first for your aspirations ✅ And if those aspirations involve switching up your diet, moving your body more or adopting a new fitness routine that’s totally ok 👌🏼 I can confidently say I’m happy in myself, but I also have areas I want to improve on and I’ve set goals to target those 👍🏼 What matters is that the goals you set for the year ahead come from a positive place, not guilt or feeling like you “should” do something. I encourage you to set goals that you truly believe in and ensure they are balanced and sustainable in nature 👏🏼 Ultimately, if you want to continue on as you are in 2019, that’s cool.
