The 3 Most Underrated Glute Exercises ? These are my favourite unilateral (single leg) exercises which target the glutes. They all just need dumbbells so can easily be done at home ?? Focus on form, not speed, when completing these: ➡️ Bulgarian split squats. I have a love hate relationship with these. They’re tough but damn they work! Try adding in a dropset for a serious burn ? ➡️ Static Lunges. The controlled movement pattern means you can really focus on activating your glutes and pushing up through your heel. You can go pretty damn heavy with these too. ➡️ Staggered stance Romanian deadlifts. I personally find these target where my glutes & hammies join.
