This is your annual reminder that it’s perfectly ok to not give a crap about Christmas ??‍♀️? It’s ok not to be festive, to not have a tree, to avoid Christmas shopping like the plague and to not countdown the seconds to the 25th ?? I feel like there’s so much hype around this time of the year and I’m just a big old 6 foot grinch over here who isn’t fussed by any of it ? Christmas is what you make it. For me it’s a break from work, going home to Yorkshire, eating delicious food and giving the gift of time. I can take or leave the tinsel, the ribbons and the baubles, but I’ll gratefully accept a big hug from my mum over a roast dinner ? So if you’re feeling remarkably underwhelmed this month, this is me telling you that you’re not alone.
