5 Minute Finisher ?? @thehiitman put me through this the other week at the end of a savage workout at @bxrlondon ?? It was an awesome way to finish off my legs, arms and core all at once in minimal time! The perfect addition to a full body workout ??‍♀️ Simply set a timer for 5 minutes and see how far you can get: 1 squat jump, 1 push up (I did tricep push ups) & 1 sit up. The next round do 2 reps of each exercise, the next do 3, and so on. See how many reps of each exercise you can get to before the timer is done ⏰ It starts off feeling pretty easy and then once you’re about 90 seconds in you soon realise it’s a lot harder than you thought ?
