✖️bench press✖️the exercise that humbles me oh so much? i'm not the strongest at this lift, but it's a key movement in building my strength, which translates to other movements?? also - chest muscles are important too, ladies?! they're not the focal point of my programming, but they are still included: here I did 2x5 with a final set of 8 reps

✖️single DB military press✖️ unilateral work means individual tough loveee for each shoulder?! I prefer standing over sitting to simultaneously strengthen my core: 3x10

✖️DB lateral raise with slight torso bend✖️ this is my FAVE shoulder accessory! I don't know what it is, but unilateral work strengthens my mind-to-muscle connection, especially when I'm dealing with smaller muscle groups. also who doesn't love improving muscle symmetry??‍♀️: 4x10

✖️kneeling cable rear delt flys✖️ don't forget that beautiful posterior chain!! I love cable work to target my rear delts while eliminating too much momentum/swinging that DBs can induce for me. the weight is challenging but also manageable! : 3x12
