Some of these moves are a little advanced BUT one of the things I love about @trxtraining (besides the fact that it’s portable and you can take it anywhere) is that by making slight adjustments to it like length of the straps and distance from it - you can accommodate to ANY fitness level!

For things like pushups and rows etc - the further away it is from you the more difficult it will be so if you’re a beginner simply adjust your distance or the length of the straps!
