My fave workouts around the Holidays are always HIIT workouts. Aka - shorter more intense workouts that KEEP you burning throughout the day!
The best way to combat the holiday ‘fluff’ is to STAY ACTIVE! Let’s be real - we’re all going to go say yes to the pumpkin pie and loaded mashed potatoes at some point ??‍♀️ soooo use that to fuel your workouts!
You don’t need hours in the gym (nor do you even need a gym). Try HIIT workouts for just 24-30 mins!
