Going overtime with this one ??⚡️ Some of my fav Swiss ball core drills for you. Add these to this conditioning remix for a full body burn.
1. 500m Row + 20x Swiss Ball Bear Hold with opposite shoulder taps
2. 5min Jump Rope + 20x High Plank Single Leg Extensions (10 on each leg and this one’s harder than it looks!)
3. 250m Ski Erg Sprint + 10x 90 Degree Abs (5 on each leg)
4. 10cal Assault Bike Sprint + 10x Tricep Push-up to Swiss Ball Pike
Recover 90 seconds & repeat 2 more rounds. ✔️✔️✔️
