After releasing a trio of dance-pop LPs in 2010 titled “Body Talk,” she was riding a wave of popularity. Then she all but vanished. Yet bizarrely, in a pop landscape that overwhelmingly rewards the new and the highly prolific, her influence didn’t shrink in her absentia — it swelled.
