In May, Allison was one of 5 former @redskins #cheerleaders who spoke anonymously to @ニューヨーク・タイムズ about sexual harassment and intimidation on the job. The 5 women detailed egregious behavior toward cheerleaders and uncomfortable events, including a topless calendar shoot. Now, Allison and her former teammate, Rebecca Cummings, are coming forward, on the record, to talk about their experiences and to denounce attempts to discredit them. Both women said they were sickened as they watched current and former cheerleaders label the 5 anonymous women as has-beens just looking to regain the spotlight. “You would think I kicked someone’s dog or said their mom was ugly when all I did was tell the truth,” said Allison, photographed here by @samuelhodgson.
