While Traveling all over the world, I’m still keeping my daily routine on point.

Some habits and rituals are never subject to change for me no matter where I am such as:

- Large glass of water with lemon every morning upon waking up.
⠀
- Post breakfast supplement intake:

✅Multivitamins. I had been taking Opti Women @optimumnutrition for the past 5 years.

When I travel I put multiple capsules in one tube,so this bottle you can see on this picture has 4 different kinds of capsules and pills. ?.

Taking supplements been especially important here in Bali,cause I’ve been vegetarian and sometimes days even vegan for the past month. ⠀
So I supplement my body with all essential vitamins and minerals.
I have also been taking BCAA every day upon waking up before yoga class due to lack of protein intake. The goal is to preserve muscle mass, while doing mostly yoga.

I’m planning to come back to weight lifting upon coming back to New York.
⠀
So this was a little insight about my current food/supplement regiment ?.
