Give it a go: ➡️ Squat & curtsey lunge left leg ➡️ Squat and curtsey lunge right leg ➡️ Eccentric push ups (lower yourself slow AF) ➡️ 1 & 1/2 Rep sumo squats (squeeze your glutes at the top!) ➡️ Bicycle Crunches (slow and controlled) ??
