Summer Berry & Peanut Chia Pudding ? I’m having a real chia pudding phase right now, it’s just so tasty and full of omegas, fibre and protein ? This is my current favourite recipe using my kitchen staple: @pbfit.uk ➡️ Add 250ml plant milk to 4/5 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp PBfit, 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Mix and leave in the fridge overnight. ➡️ In the morning blend together a handful of berries, a squirt of lemon and a dash of maple syrup ➡️ Layer the berry purée into a jar and then add the chilled chia pudding on top.
