I’ve been having so much fun with all the toys at UFC that I feel like I’ve neglected showing you the machines - although not my first choice I do still incorporate them and they can be great for beginners or people with injuries. Here’s some of the basics for ya and proper form. 💪🏻 In short - if you’re not feeling it in the area it’s supposed to be working - you’re probably not using it correctly. Try dropping the weight until you get your form down!

Leg curl - hamstrings (back part of your thighs)
✅ Push your hips into the pads as you curl
❌ Let your hips and bum come off

Leg extension - quads (front part of your thighs)
✅ Stay grounded and come to a 90 degree angle
❌ Let your bum come off and lose control of the movement
