I’ve been doing so much traveling lately that eating out has been my only option, and it’s really starting to affect my body and energy level. ? I’m excited to be back in my kitchen next week to fall back in step with my meal prep routine.??

On days when the office needs to buy lunch, we love piling in my Hybrid RAV4 to find options that are plant-based friendly and inexpensive. ???
We recently tried @pokelife.usa to create custom bowls and they were so filing and delicious!
(Add the kimchi if you go! It’s a fermented food that contains gut healthy probiotics
I also highly recommend adding seaweed to your bowl if you’re plant-based as you should be incorporating it into your diet a few times a week. Seaweed contains B12 and Iodine which are both very difficult to get through foods on the diet.)
