I know the last thing people want to do on the weekends is get to the gym but chances are the weekends are when you’re indulging a little more! Best thing you can do is a quick HIIT session to be in and out, still have the day to relax and mentally motivate yourself for the week to come! Don’t fall into the downward spiral! It’s ok that you went out last night. It’s ok that you had that drink or dessert. What’s not ok is tossing in the towel and figuring you’ll just ‘start tomorrow’. Get back to work today! Balance = still put in the work?
